What are those Add On Products?
Add On Products are extra products you can buy from your control panel or through Zymph after you've purchased a web hosting account.
Example: You will need a domain name to go with your hosting account if you don't already have one. You will be able to register a domain name through your control panel under the Domains section. When purchasing a domain name, you can choose whether to add domain privacy or not.

Why can't I purchase designing or managing or both offers on this site along with my hosting purchase at the same time?
Hosting, designing, and managing are all different products from one another. Zymph doesn't use "add to cart" for designing or managing simply because sometimes people will purchase more than they need or something they end up not wanting. Zymph suggests to only buy the hosting account first if needed. Once you have a hosting account, browse around on the control panel. Try out some website editors and see what you can do. If you're not able to create a nice website of your own or simply do not have time, then add the design and/or manage offers. In any case, all offers must be purchased separately.

What if I do not choose between UNIX or Windows?
Your account will automatically be defaulted to a UNIX system. If you do not like the UNIX system, you can choose to change it to Windows by request via contact section.

How long after purchase can I start accessing my hosting account and start building my website?
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive an email confirmation with your account name and password to log into your account from this website. Once your account is ready to use, an email will be sent to the email you provided with your account information. You may then click on the Login section of this website to log into your account to view your control panel and start building your website.

I cannot buy a domain name. It says to contact my hosting provider?!
You need to add a credit card to your account in order to purchase a domain or add on products. You can do so on the Add Card page. If you do not choose to add a credit card to your account, you can purchase a domain name through Zymph on the Domain Registration page and Zymph will set up the domain for you.

I cannot view my BillingCentral or add/update my credit card info?!
You need to register a credit card onto your account to view BillingCentral of any extra purchases you've made or to update your credit card information. You can register a card on the Add Card page.
